Some special notes about our timetable....
We run things a little differently here at Venus. Every class is 45 minutes long with each day having a different theme. Every day is varied and hosts a different part of the body to ensure you are getting a full body program by the end of the week.
Our programs are written for women! We understand your specific problem areas and therefore we structure our sessions around these.
Our trainers are pre & postnatal qualified, simply report your current condition to the trainer and we will provide you with safe alternatives to the program.
We have complimentary childminding at every weekday session at 8am and 9am!
Our Tuesday and Thursday strength days are similarly run like a group Personal Training session where the trainer will support, track and encourage you to reach your full potential.
Members can bring a non-member to train with them on a Saturday for just $10!
Friday’s are for Functional Full Body Strength! A metabolic conditioning circuit consisting of heavier and lighter loads to target the whole body. The style of session is based on AMRAPS which ensures you get all the benefits of a cardiovascular workout whilst still building strength and muscle mass at the same time. This really is the best way to burn more overall fat and keep your metabolism firing around the clock!
