There is no better feeling than setting a goal that challenges you so much it actually scares you but you prove everyone wrong and you just do it.

Introducing our Road to Race Program, a complete running program for any fitness level wanting to complete their first running event (5km or 10km) or take their training to another level and participate at the 2018 Gold Coast Half or Full Marathon.  The program incorporates just three runs per week as well as elements of strength, stretch and recovery as your coach and team guide you to the finish line.

Enrolment to the program is now open for start in January 2018 with the Gold Coast running festival over the weekend of the 30th of June to 1st of July 2018.  Your 100% commitment is a must.
