Next Challenge Starts OCTOBER 12TH 2019!
When considering your health and fitness goals, we are all motivated by different drivers. Whether you aim to lose fat, gain muscle, improve cardio fitness, or just stay consistent with your gym attendance; the 888 Program is designed to give you eight motivations to help you reach your goals.
The program is based on a series of 8 Categories and each category has an award attached to it.
The foundation of the 888 Challenge is earning points; attend a class - earn a point, attend a PT session - earn 2 points, various other other ways to earn points will be released along the way in our Challenge Forum.
Participants will have the opportunity to have an InBody Scan to set their first benchmark for the challenge
All awards will be presented at our end of challenge party
